Discrepancy between anti-Hepatitis C Virus and Hepatitis C Virus Polymerase Chain Reaction for Hepatitis C Viruses

Abstract
|
|
|
This study was performed to compare the discrepancy between anti-Hepatitis C virus and Hepatitis C virus Polymerase Chain Reaction.
The specimens of this study were 34 anti-HCV negative serum and 10 anti-HCV positive serum, total 44 serum, which gained from Kyung Nam Red Cross Blood Bank and hospital in Chin-Ju.
It was tested by Hepatitis C Virus Polymerase Chain Reaction.
The results are as follows:
1. Among the 10persons anti-HCV positive v,7ere detected 4(40%)persons as negative in HCV- PCR,
2. Among the 34persons anti-HCV negative were detected 4( 11.8%)persons as positive in HCV PCR.
